This position supports the quality control of the time and attendance records for contracted educational aids servicing special needs children. The incumbent performs a wide variety of administrative tasks associated with maintaining and supporting the organization's commitment to excellence and professionalism. The work includes functions necessary for the efficient management of the organization and ranges from correspondence and information control to performing routine audits and assessments.
As a Quality Control Assistant (QCA), the incumbent supports the implementation of established AMICIS protocols and regulatory requirements. In this capacity, the incumbent is assigned approximately 10 schools to visit twice a week to complete an audit review of the attendance tracking forms. The incumbent will be provided with the details of the employees who represent the client at each of their assigned schools. Specific duties are as follows:
Audit Review and Assessment (50%)
Communication (25%)
Documentation and Records Management (25%)
